The privacy of our customers is very important to us.  We collect and store only the information you give us when placing an order or asking us a question through our website. At the most, this includes:

  • ·       Your email address
  • ·       Your telephone number
  • ·       Any delivery instructions.

We do not pass this information to any third party or website.

Our Checkout and Shopping Basket does not require you to log-in. Your order is sent to us as an email and all replies to you will be by email or telephone, if you prefer. We will never send you unsolicited emails unless it relates to your order. Nor will we send you marketing emails.

Cookies

A Cookie is a small file of information stored in the browser folder of your PC, Tablet or Mobile Phone when you visit a website.  Examples of browsers are Google Chrome and Apple Safari.

To enable our website to work properly it uses what are called First Party Session Cookies. These, for example, enable our Website to remember what is in your Basket, if you visit it and then return to shopping. These are not stored after your Session finishes.

What if you do not accept cookies?

You will not be able to use our online shop properly.

Most browsers allow you to control your cookie preferences.

Our website does NOT use Third Party Cookies.  That is, we do not ask any other third party service provider (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect and analyse information about how you use our website, or marketing information.

Your personal information is confidential to us and will not be passed on to any third party.

Financial Data

We do not store or hold any payment-related information in electronic form. If you pay by Paypal we will send you an email link to Paypal or a Paypal invoice. All further financial data you provide is held by Paypal. If you wish to pay by Debit or Credit card we ask you to telephone us with your card details, never email them. After we have taken your payment, this information is destroyed. As card machine users we are obliged to be PCI compliant. This means we abide by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard through our trusted supplier Worldpay.
