A stunning hosta, especially in Spring. How long it takes the leaf to darken to two-tone green depends on the climate and light conditions. The Spring colours tend to last longer in shade. The specimen in the main photo, which receives about two hours of evening sun occasionally keeps its colour all season but it usually begins to darken by mid-June.
The plants we have for sale (June 2024) are 2-3 year old plants. Their spring colour has gone but all are around 50cm |(20″) in height. Single petioles £25.00. Double petioles £35.00
